On March 18, 2003 Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian received the Ambassador of Cuba Mr. Jorge Marti Martinez. Mr. Martinez presented his credentials to the Armenian Foreign Minister.

During the meeting the sides noted the positive state of current bilateral relations as well as the importance of further developing bilateral ties in the sphere of economic cooperation.

They also discussed recent developments around Iraq, and other regional issues.
