NATIONAL PLAN OF ACTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA FOR THE PROTECTION
OF THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD

In accordance with decision No.558 of the Government of the Republic
of Armenia, the National Commission was established.
Members of the Commission are:

of Human Rights and Humanitarian Issues Desk of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs
3. Araik Petrossian Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Social

4. Armen Eritsian Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs
5. Aida Topuzian Deputy Minister of Education and Science
6. Vahram Barsseghian Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Culture,
Youth Affairs and Sports
7. Karine Haroutunian Chief Specialist of the Legal Department
of the National Assembly
8. Karine Saribekyan Head of Department for Maternity and Child
Health of the Ministry of Health
9. Varsenik Baghdassarian Advisor, United Nations Desk of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
10. Nelli Durian Head of the Division for Minors of the Ministry
of Internal Affairs
11. Hrachya Petrossian Member of the State Council of the Ministry
of Statistics
