Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian received the new Charge d' Affaires of the Republic of Bulgaria in Armenia Mr. Stefan Dimitrov. Mr. Dimitrov presented his letter-of-credence to the Armenian Foreign Minister. 

During the meeting the sides noted the importance of further developing bilateral ties between the two countries especially in economic, cultural and scientific spheres and discussed its possibilities. Minister Oskanian wished Mr. Dimitrov success in his mission in Armenia.
