On October 10, 2003, Minister Oskanian received the ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain, H. E. Jose Maria Robles Fraga who presented the copy of his credentials.

During the meeting, the Minister congratulated the Ambassador on the National Day of the Kingdom. Then the two discussed the bilateral issues ­ with a specific focus on economic relations.

The Foreign Minister and the Ambassador also spoke about the current state of EU-Armenia relations, as well as issues relating to EU enlargement.
