Minister Oskanian met with Chairman of the Petroleum Finance Cooperation
of Washington DC. Mr. Zanoyan

On November 11, 2003 Mr. Oskanian met with Vahan Zanoyan, Chairman
of the Petroleum Finance Cooperation of Washington DC. Mr. Zanoyan
is on one-week visit to Armenia. He briefed the Minister on regional
oil related matters including development surrounding the construction
of the Baku-Ceyhan pipeline. Mr.Zanoyan was accompanied by Mr. Garo
Armenian and Mr. Giro Manoyan of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation.
Deputy Minister Rouben Shougarian (right) also participated in the
meeting. |
