Radio Liberty: Mr Karapetian, while answering to our question on the media reports informing about detention of Armenian Citizens in Turkey on charges of visa regime violations, you have responded that Armenia’s Foreign Ministry was dealing with the issue. Have you any information concerning the accuracy of mentioned reports?

Answer: In response to our inquiry Turkish authorities informed that during recent weeks 542 foreign nationals were detained for illegally entering Turkey, among them there is only one Armenian citizen.
