Answer: We are positive regarding any initiative aimed at developing a dialogue in the South Caucasus.

We think this initiative is real proof of our faith in dialogue and peace about which Armenia’s Foreign Minister Oskanian spoke in his interview to you in Madrid. Such events should not be one-off events, but should see a continuity in the countries that the program addresses. Only with public diplomacy and civilian contacts will it be possible to support the Nagorno Karabakh settlement process.
