The Armenian side expressed appreciation for Iran's balanced regional policy and its persistent efforts to secure stability in the region. The two discussed the varied directions of Armenian-Iranian bilateral relations and expressed satisfaction at the positive progress made in each area. They specificed progress made in estabishing small and medium size enterprises, in cooperation in the education and tourism sectors, as well as in protecting and maintaining national treasures.
