On August 17, the Minister Oskanian received members of the Armenian team participating in the International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) held in Mexico between July 8 and July 19.

The Minister congratulated the participants and noted that the Ministry closely followed this event.

The leader of the team Mr. Garnik Tonoyan presented details about the competition and participation of the Armenian team.

Five out of six members of the team won bronze medals, which resulted in having the best performance for the region.

M. Oskanian assured the team that the Ministry will continue supporting the national team and wished them further success.
