Highly appreciating the activities of ICRC Delegation, the Minister noted that Armenia considers very important the efforts of the ICRC in exchanging prisoners and searching for the missing during the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

Yves Arnoldy attached great importance to the continuation of the efforts of the Delegation in implementing new projects to teach international humanitarian law and principles of humanitarian law in secondary schools and higher education institutions.

Minister Oskanian congratulated Yves Arnoldy on the occasion of his assignment as the head of ICRC delegation to Armenia and wished him success in his important mission.
