During the meeting, the sides expressed with satisfaction that the existing legal framework of bilateral documents have contributed to efficient cooperation in the spheres of culture, education and science.

Prof. Dr. Jan-Hendrik Olbertze described Armenian Culture Week in the German State of Saxony-Anhalt, which will take place between September 3 and 7. Concerts, exhibitions, movie screenings, as well as a German-Armenian conference will be held during the Culture Week.

Minister Oskanian highly appreciated the exchange programs between scientists, students, teachers and pupils.

During his visit to Armenia, the Minister of Culture has met with the Catholicos of All Armenians, His Holiness Karekin II, the Minister of Culture and Youth,Hovik Hoveyan, Minister of Education and Science, Sergo Yeritsyan. Also, he will sign a Statement of Cooperation in the spheres of culture, education and science between Armenia's Ministry of Cultural and Youth Affairs, Ministry of Education and Science and the State of Saxony-Anhalt's Ministry of Culture, Science.
