Minister Oskanian receives Italian Parliamentarian Vincenzo Siniscalchi November 02, 2005 |

On November 2, Minister Oskanian received Vincenzo Siniscalchi, Member
of the Italian Parliament, in Yerevan to participate in the ceremonies
marking the 15th anniversary of the National Assembly of Armenia.
Marco Clemente, Italy's Ambassador to Armenia, was also present at
the meeting. Both sides exchanged views on Armenian-Italian bilateral relations, highlighting recent dynamic developments in all spheres. In this regard, Minister Oskanian stressed the importance of the Armenian-Italian Friendship Days. The success of the Days is evidence of the centuries-old friendship between two nations, he noted. They also discussed several concrete aspects of parliamentary cooperation and the process of Armenia's integration into the European structures. |
