On March 5, Uffe Balslev, newly-appointed ambassador of the Kingdom
of Denmark to the Republic of Armenia, presented copies of his credentials
to Minister Oskanian.
During the conversation that followed the ceremony, the Minister
congratulated the Ambassador with the appointment and wished him
good luck in his high mission.
The interlocutors expressed their satisfaction with the present
status of Armenian-Danish relations, at the same time noting that
there is still much to be done to deepen the links. Implementation
of joint programs in certain spheres can be a contribution to it.
Further, the two exchanged views on a number of regional issues,
as well as the European Neighbourhood Policy Action Plan with Armenia.
Minister Oskanian outlined the present situation of the Nagorno
Karabakh conflict settlement process.
