On 19 April 2006, Ambassador Armen Martirosyan, Permanent Representative of the Armenia to the UN and Ambassador Jeremie Bonnelame, Permanent Representative of Seychelles to the UN, signed a Protocol on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Seychelles. By signing the Protocol, Armenia and Seychelles expressed their readiness to foster mutual understanding and strengthen friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries.
