On March 3, Minister Oskanian will leave for Vilnius on a two-day visit, where he will participate in the 'Common Vision for Common Neighbourhood' Conference.

Heads, Foreign Ministers and other high-ranking officials from a number of countries of Eastern Europe, CIS and Baltic countries will participate in the Conference.

In the framework of the Conference, Minister Oskanian will have bilateral meetings.
