Minister Oskanian met with the crew of the Cilicia ship as they prepare to leave for their third seafaring voyage.

During the meeting, the sailors discussed their work in preparation for the final stage of their voyage repeating the routes traveled by medieval Armenian sailors from Cilicia.

Minister Oskanian assured the crew of 12 that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will do what it can to assist in their efforts and in journey.

The Minister underscored the significance of this extraordinary journey and commended the courage and determination of the crew. He also noted that in this sense the Cilicia has become a symbol of Armenia. He wished the sailors good luck.
