During the visit, a meeting took place between the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan. The Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers, as well as Karel De Gucht, Chairman-in-Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and Belgium's Foreign Minister, the OSCE's Minsk Group Co-Chairs Steven Mann of the United States, Bernard Fassier of France, and Yuri Merzlyakov of Russia, and Andrzej Kasprzyk, Special Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, were present at various times during the meeting.
