The Ambassador handed the Minister a letter from President Papadopoulos to President Kocharian inviting him to pay an official visit to Cyprus.

Ambassador Iacovou and Minister Oskanian discussed the present state and prospects of Armenia-Cyprus relations, as well as the two countries' interaction in the framework of EU's New Neighbourhood Policy.

The two also exchanged views on the political resolution of the Cyprus problem and the current state of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process.
