After welcoming the guest, the Minister noted with appreciation the Senator's efforts targeted at raising Armenian issues in Belgium, and enhancing Armenia-Belgium relations. Mr. Roelants du Vivier spoke of the excellent relationship between the two countries and noted that the relationship is growing developing in different fields.

The Senator shared his impressions of his visit to Nagorno Karabakh, as well as his viewpoint on the conflict settlement. At the guest's request, Minister Oskanian outlined the present state of negotiations.

The two discussed issues having to do with the Armenia - EU Action Plan in the framework of the European Neighbourhood Policy, as well as regional developments and Armenia-Turkish relations.
