On October 28, Deputy Foreign Ministers of Armenia Karine Kazinian and Arman Kirakossian received Peter Semneby, European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus.
Welcoming the guest, the Armenian side mentioned with satisfaction that Armenia-European Union relations continue to develop in both multilateral and bilateral formats (with member states).

Deputy Minister Kazinian presented the steps undertaken by Armenia in the direction of implementation of European Neighbourhood Policy Action plan and mentioned that the effective implementation of the program is the priority of Armenia-European Union cooperation and the official Yerevan will continue to undertake efficient steps for the further enhancement of relations. Mrs. Kazinian attached importance to the activity of the EU Advisory Group in Armenia.

The sides also exchanged views on the Eastern Partnership Program attaching importance to the entire use of the potential of the programm.

On the request of the European side, Deputy Minister Kirakossian presented the negotiation process on Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) issue.
